Planning your wedding feels like a herculean task. Even if you have a wedding planner, you must choose between so many things and take care of so many details that sometimes feels overwhelming. This is why when you are choosing the music for your wedding, either ceremony or cocktail, it’s so important to have someone reliable. Someone who is paying attention to the details and taking care of your musical needs before the wedding.
We first heard of Pablo through our wedding planner and were attracted to the the idea of having a Spanish guitarist at our wedding. After viewing some of his material on YouTube we felt that he was talented and his style would suit the type of wedding we were trying to plan. We were able to chat with him via WhatsApp and we found this to be really helpful as he could any answer questions quickly without having to go through the wedding planner. We met Pablo in person for the 1st time in March 2019 3 months before our wedding and he was very nice & friendly and was happy to chat with us about the music we would like to be played, he offered some suggestions and gave his expert advice on what would work well for our ceremony. We were having a ceremony in Balcon de Europa and did not necessarily want hymns. He offered to learn any songs we would like as long as he would have enough time. The day of the wedding arrived and as I entered to walk up the aisle Pablo was playing the most beautiful music which immediately put me at ease, we had a beautiful ceremony and Pablo’s ideas for music fitted perfectly with this. He was dressed very nicely and looked very professional. We had also booked Pablo to play at our drinks reception after the ceremony and he created a fun relaxed atmosphere. He even played Metallica which I was delighted about! Many of the guests remarked on his talent and we were without doubt thrilled that we chose Pablo to be our musician for our special day. We would highly recommend him to anyone getting married and cannot praise him enough. We purchased some of his CDs and have been playing them since we got home and it brings back wonderful memories of our special day.
When he arrived at the church to meet Paty, Pablo was just starting to play. We both knew that we wanted a Spanish guitar in the church for the ceremony. Pablo was exceptional. He was even able to learn some songs that are more traditionally Irish that he hadn’t heard before we requested them. Everything he played was beautiful.
Pablo Alcazar played beautifully during our ceremony at the church. The choice of the songs was perfect and the requests we made were even better than the original ones. We didn’t expect him to have such a talent and that was a really nice surprise. I would recommend him any moment.
Pablo was fantastic. He provided a list of songs he could play, but also welcomed requests from us so that the music was personal to us. The songs we chose may not have traditionally been associated with Spanish Guitar, but Pablo worked his magic, and his arrangements were lovely (and even brought a tear to the eye of one very unemotional groom…lol).
Pablo played at my son’s wedding 2 years ago and was magnificent. Yesterday 14/06/24 my wife surprised me on my 60th birthday meal in Nerja by having Pablo play for us during the meal. He is such a lovely young man and extremely talented, in fact he reduced me to tears. He played well over the allotted time and made my special night perfect. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing Pablo to play on our special day. His talent, professionalism and kindness made our ceremony and cocktail hour magical. He learned to play the songs we requested, even though he didn’t have them in his repertoire before. They went better than expected and we can’t recommend him more highly! Pablo played a beautiful set on his guitar to accompany our ceremony that was as whimsical as it was emotional. He has a wide repertoire from which we selected both classical and modern songs, all of which he performed exquisitely.
Your playing throughout the time you were with us really set the beautiful tone for the day and your choice of “what to play when” was perfect. We picked Pablo to play our wedding music at the church and he was brilliant. He played, the beatles, avicci, bruno mars and elvis for us in the church on a classical spanish guitar and it was beautiful. He was so approachable and communicated well through email helping us pick appropriate songs for the church. I would highly reccomend as we didnt need to worry about anything on the day. He made our ceremony very special.

Not only is he a super talented musician, but he is really a lovely guy and great to work with too.
